Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

For many online purchases in the EU, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. For goods, that period generally starts from delivery. Refunds generally must be made within 14 days of a valid withdrawal notice, although a seller can delay refunding until returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

A. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered after a product has been accessed, delivered, or downloaded, except where required by law.

If a digital file is defective, corrupted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at sales@homebosslady.net and we will work to resolve the issue.

B. Print-on-Demand Physical Products

If your POD order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • buyer’s remorse

  • incorrect size selection made by the customer

  • minor color differences caused by screen settings or normal production variation

  • incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control

C. Personalized or Custom-Made Items

If a product is custom-made, personalized, or produced to your specifications, it may not be eligible for cancellation or return except where faulty or required by law. EU consumer guidance recognizes exceptions to the withdrawal right for certain personalized goods.

D. Returning Eligible Physical Goods

Where a return is legally permitted and accepted, the item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
