We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel orders if we believe a customer has violated these Terms.

3. Products and Services

Homebosslady may offer:

• digital products, including but not limited to printables, guides, templates, downloads, and educational resources

• physical print-on-demand (“POD”) products fulfilled by a third-party production partner

• promotional offers, discounts, and limited-time products

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors, textures, or product appearance exactly as intended.

4. Digital Products

All digital products sold through Homebosslady are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated in the product description.

Once payment is successfully completed, digital products are typically made available by download link, email, account access, or another delivery method stated at checkout.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive your digital product promptly.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, downloaded digital content may be non-refundable once access or download has begun, where permitted by applicable law and where the customer has agreed to immediate access.

EU consumer rules allow an exception to the normal 14-day withdrawal period for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when performance begins with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right is lost.

5. Print-on-Demand Products Fulfilled by Third Parties

Some physical products sold on Homebosslady are created and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand production partner.

By placing an order for a POD product, you understand and agree that:

• the product is manufactured after your order is placed

• production and fulfillment are handled by a third-party supplier on our behalf

• shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, production timelines, customs, holidays, or carrier delays

• slight variations in print placement, color, size, or finish may occur as part of the manufacturing process

We are responsible for customer service relating to your order, but production and shipping are performed by the third-party fulfillment provider.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on the website are listed in the currency displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, an unauthorized transaction, or an error in pricing or product information is suspected.

7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is not final until payment has been successfully received and we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including where we suspect reseller abuse, fraud, pricing errors, or misuse of promotions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

8. Shipping for Physical Products

Shipping times for physical products are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Customers may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local handling charges depending on the destination country.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

For many online purchases in the EU, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. For goods, that period generally starts from delivery. Refunds generally must be made within 14 days of a valid withdrawal notice, although a seller can delay refunding until returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

A. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not offered after a product has been been purchased as it is accessed, delivered, or downloaded instantly.

If a digital file is defective, corrupted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at sales@homebosslady.net and we will work to resolve the issue.

B. Print-on-Demand Physical Products

If your POD order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order details and clear photos of the issue including photos of unpacking a damaged product. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• buyer’s remorse

• incorrect size selection made by the customer

• minor color differences caused by screen settings or normal production variation

• incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

• delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable controlC. Personalized or Custom-Made Items

  If a product is custom-made, personalized, or produced to your specifications, it may not be eligible for cancellation or return except where faulty or required by law. EU consumer guidance recognizes exceptions to the withdrawal right for certain personalized goods.

  D. Returning Eligible Physical Goods

  Where a return is legally permitted and accepted, the item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and, where possible, in its original packaging.

  Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  10. Intellectual Property

  All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding, product designs, digital downloads, images, PDFs, worksheets, templates, and other materials, is the property of Homebosslady and Lydia's Corner Design or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a digital product from us, you are purchasing a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only, unless the specific product states otherwise.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit our products

• upload our files to file-sharing websites, membership sites, or marketplaces

• claim our work as your own

• modify and resell our products unless a product expressly grants that right

12. Limitation of Liability
