Hello, I’m Lydia — the woman behind Homebosslady
I created Homebosslady for women who are tired of being told they need more complicated routines, prettier planners and perfect systems.
Most women do not need more things to manage.
They need fewer decisions, practical support and a little breathing room.
Homebosslady is where I create simple tools, realistic ideas and calm systems to help overwhelmed women make everyday life feel lighter — especially around dinner, home life and financial stability.
Why Homebosslady Exists
I know what it feels like when life becomes heavier than expected.
I have rebuilt, adapted, learned new skills and found practical ways to keep moving through financial pressure, changing circumstances and the daily mental load that comes with managing a home and earning an income.
Those experiences shaped the work I do today.
I am not here to promise a perfectly organised life.
I am here to help you solve the problem directly in front of you — without shame, unnecessary complication or another enormous system to maintain.
Sometimes that means finding an easy dinner when your brain has officially clocked out.
Sometimes it means creating a calmer routine, finding ways to save money or using AI to make work and business tasks easier.
The goal is always the same:
Less overwhelm. More stability. A little more room to breathe.

A Little More About Me
Before creating Homebosslady, I worked as a professional journalist in Cyprus for more than two decades.
My background in journalism taught me how to listen carefully, find the real story beneath the noise and turn complicated information into something people can understand and use.
Today, I also work in social media marketing and create practical digital tools for communities, local businesses and women building income online.
I live in Paphos, Cyprus, and I am also a devoted cat lady — because apparently running a business was not enough supervision for one household.
